At the end of 2023, INTEMAC acquired a majority stake in the company TEKNES Innovación, a leading company in the world of structure monitoring and geotechnical auscultation, which has its own highly specialised technology (hardware and software), which has led it to be the company that has monitored the most viaducts, bridges and tunnels in Spain in recent years.
TEKNES will continue to maintain its corporate structure and will continue to be managed by the same technicians who have made it grow: Víctor García (CEO and General Manager) and Jorge López (Technical Director). Jorge Ley (CEO and General Director of INTEMAC) will be the President of TEKNES
With this acquisition, INTEMAC and the TYPSA group (Typsa Group – TYPSA Group) continue to grow and strengthen in those activities that provide greater added value in the construction sector.
