Skyline is made up of two 100m high residential towers with equipment that includes several swimming pools, coworking areas, gastrotheque, gym, sauna, urban garden, gardens, garage, storage rooms. In all the facilities, technologically advanced parameters and solutions have been considered with a BREEAM VIVIENDA GOOD level qualification. The façades have been solved by covering aluminium composite panel on brick masonry and mineral wool insulation and, on the outside, railings made up of prefabricated concrete panel and safety glass.
Technical assistance and quality control of the execution of architecture and installations, service tests of roofs and façades, final tests of installations, blower door, thermography, commissioning and acoustic tests.
