The car park of the Centro Colón building in Madrid, built in 1971, has an area of about 15,900 m2 on four floors. INTEMAC was commissioned to diagnose the damage detected in the structure, and subsequently the project of reinforcement and management of the works. As it is one of the busiest car parks in Madrid and with the highest turnover, the intervention had to be carried out in phases, undertaking it during the periods of less influx.
